★ The guide wheel is a cantilever structure, and the main shaft of the guide wheel adopts an integral 1:30 cone sliding bearing.
★ The feed of the guide wheel frame adopts a dovetail shaped needle roller guide rail, and the feed uses a differential screw.
★ The speed regulation of the guide wheel frame adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation, and the spindle bearing of the grinding wheel is a five piece dynamic pressure sliding. Dynamic bearings have high load-bearing capacity and stiffness.
★ The grinding wheel spindle can be optionally equipped with a ceramic spindle.
Main purpose and scope of application
This machine tool is mainly used for continuous grinding of cylindrical surfaces of various ring and shaft components. After adding a cutting bracket, semi-automatic cutting and grinding can be performed on various stepped, conical, and circular rotating surfaces.
